Salon Policies

​All guest are required to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit fee on all services. Please do not proceed if you do not agree with the policy/non-refundable deposit. When you book your appointment a deposits will be require.​ The deposit will go towards your service. If you reschedule your appointment your deposit will follow(30days). NO SHOWS will result in you paying 50% of the service to book in the future.

All braids services such as (box/feed-in/cornrows braids and crochet styles) requires a deposit as well (goes toward your final cost). Your deposit can be transferred within 30 days if reschedule is needed. For braiding services hair is included, for crochet styles and single twist styles hair must be purchase by guest.

 

​Cancellation Policy 

 

We require 48 hours cancellation notice when canceling all appointments. We understand life happens, please cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your scheduled time, directly online. We would like to give the opportunity to another guest on the waitlist. If the appointment is not canceled you will be required to pay a the full service price.

Late Arrives

​

There is a 15 minutes grace period for lateness. We understand circumstances arise beyond your control. However, we ask that you give us a courtesy call in the unlikely event you are running later.  Arriving after 15 minutes or being tardy consistent will result in having to reschedule your appointment or want be allow to book an appointment in the future.
