All guest are required to pay a 15% non-refundable deposit fee. Please do not proceed if you do not agree with the non-refundable deposit. When you book your appointment a deposits will be require.

The deposit will go towards your appointment. If you reschedule your appointment your deposit will follow. NO SHOWS will result in you paying 50% of the service to book in the future.

All braids services such as (box/feed-in/cornrows braids and crochet styles) requires a deposit as well (goes toward your final cost). Your deposit can be transferred within 30 days if reschedule is needed. Braid services hair is included in service, for crochet styles and single twist styles you must purchase the hair you desire.

CANCELLATIONS must occur 72 hours before your appointment. If not you will be required to pay a late cancellation fee or the service price.

There is a 10 minutes grace period for LATENESS. Arriving after 10 minutes or being tardy consistent will result in having to reschedule your appointment or not want be allow to book an appointment in the future.
